The world is amazing and people who live here are too much amazing. We Know each other with the help of respective name ,surname and unique identities.Some where ,some how many of us have same attributes..because of God sake.The world..... The nature...The God .....
differentiate all of us on the basis of different-different attributes like Name,Gender,age,Color,Caste,Place,Country,Language,Culture,Values,religion,Physical attributes,Socialism, etc .I know all of this characteristic/attributes really play vital role to create identification of anyone.
But still there is something missing.....
I am part of corporate world.There we have lot of roles to play therefore Need Skills/Strategies/Situations to play innings in another words I can say to Win or to survive here .With Keeping all of this fact in mind ,I have develop a unique theory called " NGR" for the differentiate or identification of person on the Basis of very basic nature of humans.As a Marketing Person ...our very first role is to know about person who is sitting in front of us mean what kind of person he/she is...?only After knowing exactly about them we can make any strategy or can be in position to move on further necessary steps ,If we are fail to know his/her basic attributes we could be fail to succeed.
So on the basis of Human's basic nature I Can divide entire population into three different parts.
First Group is represent by N(Need): Persons who came under this group are those who are needy....mean they have no enough economical powers/resources to arrange/purchase or consume basic needs like Foods,Cloth & Shelter although in broad way we can add other modern needs also in this philosophy like Better Education for their loving ones,better life style for their family,better reputation in society and should love to meet self satisfaction level for future securities in terms of money as well as alternative living hood arrangements with desired reputation and recognition within society.(Thoda Hai Thode Ki Jarurat Hai)
Persons who Came under this group easily identify by their acts and behavior.Even we can identify this thing in our very first meeting with them.I personally suggest ...that to know about some one & his/her nature you should meet him/her on his/her own place like either Home or working place that will help to be as indicator of his /her need or point out towards their emptiness.So advisable is to meet to them at their place & Keep open you eyes,ears properly and shut down your mouth.Just try to know about them as much as you can and go through necessary question answer session if require.

Second Group is represent by G(Greed):Persons who came under this group are those who are Greedy by default nature....mean they have enough economical powers/resources to arrange/purchase or consume basic needs like Foods,Cloth & Shelter even that they are using all other facilities also like electric & electronic goods,vehicle,gadgets,etc but their wants & desires are endless.They love to have be luxurious and lavish life.They want everything with them only and always run behind Money & Power.They never live/sleep with peace and eat/consume anything with patience or you can say cant enjoy any moment of life with full of joy in heart. They are day dreamer & obviously shameless.
We can easily perceive this fact by our meeting with them although some time no need to meet them physically they shown their intentions and desires directly/indirectly in mean while time through any way of communication or through any act. If we physically get chance to interact with them than just need to watch towards their body language only , their body language speak all the story itself .their desires come out in mean whlie time by the any way ie in form of words or in form of facial expressions. We need to catch words & read Facial expressions only . Advisable is ...you should try to know his/her area of interest and discuss only about that or just start to discuss about lavish way to live life.

Third Group is represent by R( Recognization ):Persons who came under this group are those who have everything by default or they have no need or greed ....mean they have enough economical powers/resources to arrange/purchase or consume basic needs like Foods,Cloth & Shelter as well modern needs.They have luxurious and lavish life or no interest in this aspect of life.In this group two kind of persons are included ,first who are successful and recognized time to time on various platforms and love to be famous and recognized .the others are those have enough capability to do something or doing well but never recognized in fruit of their efforts or deeds.
Both Kind Persons are identify by the way of talking with them about their carrier interest and their hobbies/area of interest.And some time through directly asking about their incomplete indeed & wishes .Just Shown them their hidden strengths & recognize them anywhere than lets see what will be they do for you.
